How much is shipping?
Science+Berries is proud to offer free ground shipping for all orders over $100 shipped within the entire United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
How much is shipping outside of the United States?
Science+Berries offers an international flat rate of $39 for most countries.
How quickly will I receive my shipment?
If you live in the United States, you will receive your order in 3-5 business days after processing. If you live outside of the United States, you will receive your order within 10 business days. However due to complex import and export regulations in different countries, your order may take more than 10 business days to arrive. If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please email us at email@example.com, or you can call us at (213) 625-1740 from 10am-5pm PST, Monday through Friday.

Do I have to pay taxes for shipping outside of the United States?
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. We do not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB and Paypal.
When do you charge my credit card?
We charge your card at the time we take your order, just as we start preparing it for shipment. If for some reason something happens during the process, we’ll reach out to you.
Do you store my credit card information?
We do not process, record or maintain your credit card or bank account information. Online payments made through our site are handled by a third-party payment services provider. Our site is Level 1 PCI compliant, the highest set of security standards to maintain a secure environment.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee the quality of all of our products. If your order has any defects in material, workmanship, quality or quantity, or you are unhappy for any reason, we ask that you notify us of problems within 10 days of receipt of your order for an exchange or refund. For returns for a full refund, products must be unopened and are subject to an 18% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping fees.
